03 · Ownership and privacy record

These are example fields, not a claim that all prior access or stored data can be discovered or removed.

04 · Warranty and support folder

Each record would link the relevant supplied invoice, model-specific warranty terms, installer contact and owner manual. Statuses include confirmed from documented terms, manufacturer confirmation required, expired and unknown.

Example finding: purchase evidence was not supplied, so remaining coverage and transfer eligibility are unknown. Manufacturer review is required. A handoff report does not create or extend warranty coverage.

05 · Buyer orientation and next steps

  1. Show the buyer the accepted everyday controls in their own account.
  2. Explain which subscriptions, hubs and network dependencies remain necessary.
  3. Assign every open item to a named provider, account owner or manufacturer route.
  4. Record what was not tested or included, and how to request a separate quote.

This sample can be printed or saved as PDF from your browser. Actual report content and delivery depend on the final agreed provider scope.
